RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Coastal Home Collective offers a 1 year limited warranty from the date of sale on invoice against manufacturing faults, which are determined at Coastal Home Collective’s discretion.
Faulty items will be replaced once returned to Coastal Home Collective. To be eligible for a return, your item/items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. It must also be in the original packaging and at the original place of delivery. If the same item/items is/are not available, then a credit will be issued. The credit must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
No credit will be given on freight. Replacement item/items will be delivered to the original address, as supplied by the purchaser.
Coastal Home Collective inspects all products prior to despatch. All purchased item/s should be inspected immediately upon arrival and any damages noted on the delivery paperwork. Clear photographs of the product/s and carton damage must be noted. Coastal Home Collective must be notified within 24-48hours of receipt, or no claims will be accepted. Coastal Home Collective is not a courier and will not accept any liability for any breakage or damage to goods incurred in transport. Coastal Home Collective cannot assist with or be held responsible for damages relating to freight arrangements made independently by the purchaser.
Whilst Coastal Home Collective does not issue refunds, we may issue an exchange. Only damaged or faulty goods may be returned and are subject to prior authorisation by Coastal Home Collective. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with an approved Coastal Home Collective Courier. All returns should be made within 7 days of receiving goods and to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Coastal Home Collective does not except exchanges for change of mind purchases. Under certain circumstances and at the discretion of Coastal Home Collective, we may authorise an exchange. Additional transport charges will incur additional transport fees. These fees are not the responsibility of Coastal Home Collective. Any exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving goods. All items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging and in original, undamaged condition with an approved Coastal Home Collective Courier. Any items returned in a damaged condition will not be accepted for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
